John Pico, BA, JD has been advising automobile dealers since 1972 and through four decades has completed over 1,000 automobile dealership transactions.

In 1980 he retired from the practice of law to specialize in advising dealers buying and selling dealerships and has been employed by dealers, lenders, courts and investors to consult in a myriad dealership purchase and sale transactions whose combined values exceed . . . . Robert C. Sexton, BA spent over 30-years working for the State of Colorado, he retired as the Director of the Auto Industry Division of the Colorado Department of Revenue.

He has also served as the Executive Secretary of the Motor Vehicle Dealer Licensing Board where, among other duties, he was responsible for licensing in the Auto Industry Division. With a background of over 30-years experience in law enforcement, Mr. Sexton was also responsible for licensing, regulatory enforcement and criminal investigations of all licensed motor vehicle dealers in the Auto Industry Division. Joshua J. Pico, BA is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, has co-authored articles in the automotive industry, has helped prepare numerous dealership analyses and has helped organize closings for both import and domestic dealerships.
